Position: HR Generalist- Female
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 6, Karachi
Timing: 9 am-6 pm (Mon- Friday)
Qualification: BBA/MBA-HR with exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
Experience: Atleast 1 year of relevant experience is required (Design/IT industry experience is preferable)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Attendance & leave management
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & development
- HR Operations
- Able to handle insurance related matters
Compensation & Benefits
- Payroll management including tax calculations
- Able to draft official letters
- Manage employee engagement activities (picnics/annual dinner/sport week etc.)
- Employer branding (handling of Social Media accounts i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Insta pages)
- KPI measurements of employees
Salary: Subject to the experience and current remuneration
