Key Duties:
- Develop, execute and preserve reporting mechanism for inside stakeholders, consumer and head workplace reporting.
- Develop, execute and preserve grievance administration system.
- Develop, execute and preserve technical and basic upkeep plans and schedules. Furthermore, coordinate with inside stakeholders for compliance to the plans
- Develop, execute and preserve doc management procedures at web site.
- Preserve and enhance information administration processes and accuracy.
- Put together a set of procedures for inside communication and reporting
- Preserve easy communication with consumer and guarantee immediate reply to their queries
- Develop CRM framework to develop to a number of websites
- Help line supervisor in sourcing and deployment of ERP system to automate all upkeep and reporting actions.
Data & Abilities Requirement:
- Expertise in the same position in property administration/ facility administration or course of trade.
- Ideally skilled in utilizing an ERP software program for venture or upkeep actions
- Bachelor diploma (Engineering or Enterprise)
- At the very least (2) years related expertise
- Fluent English
- Abilities in creating technical experiences.
- Properly versed in Microsoft Excel and Tasks.
