TPL Maps is a fast-growing technology start up in Pakistan. We use location data and AI to help businesses optimize their supply chains and sales channels. Weโre also building Pakistanโs first native navigation app. Weโre looking for a ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ to join our growing team.
The Product Associate will work closely with the Product Team to create user-centered designs and user experiences for our consumer and enterprise products. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure that the productโs design and user experience align with the overall product strategy.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Collaborate with the Product Team to develop user-centered designs that align with the Productโs goals and objectives.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions, including usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
- Conduct A/B Testing rounds to affirm the design decisions made by the Product Team
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration or Communication Design
- 0-1 year of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Fundamental understanding in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies is a plus
