The City School Jobs Guidance Counsellors:
The City School is looking to fill the position of Guidance Counsellors at their Regional Office in Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the RAISEC tests to help students find their aptitude/interests.
- Maintain Individual Education Plans for all students
- One-on-one guidance counseling.
- Provide mentoring on subject selection, co-curricular activities, and career pathways.
- Set the basis for college application.
- Guide students towards SAT, MDCAT, ECAT, and other university test preparation.
- Actively engage students in co-curricular activities such as sports, public speaking, etc.
- Liaison with external parties for profile development of the students.
- Organize sessions with alumni and industry leaders on various subjects.
- Build the overall profile of all concerned students and focus on academics and wellbeing.
- Help students understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual counseling sessions.
