JD’s:
- VMware Server virtualization, Veaam Backup & restore.
- Good Understanding of Network Switching, Routing & Firewalls (particular with PF Sense)
- Data Center Management with HP & Dell Servers.
- Engage with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Perform regular backups of devices and ensure their readiness for any disaster scenario.
- Capacity planning of Network Infrastructure & DR for services.
- Well aware of ISO Standards of Information Security & Service Management.
- Ensure all SLAs are served as per commitment.
- Develop and maintain all Flows of Voice Systems Architecture in production environment.
- Ensure effective reporting & analysis of Operational KPIs as per standards.
- Coordinate with all business and IT partners and analyze all business requirements of clients and provide resolutions for all business and IT associate issues.
- Gathers facts and data to be used in the review of proposals which consist of objectives, scope, and user expectations.
- Supports small to large scale research and development initiatives and/or projects involving the implementation of new technologies.
- Evaluate all Linux Voice based architecture & Service Model to develop required presentations and white papers for all technical processes and evaluate performance of staff and provide required feedback of all processes.
