Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Senior Executive – Procurement” for its Head Office based in Karachi.
Job Description:
Incumbent at this position will be responsible to:
- Procure all I.T articles which are required in the organization.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials.
- Plotter printing related items for design department.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- Daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
- Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Follow-up with Finance and Audit team for releasing vendor payments timely.
- All other tasks as assigned by line reporting manager/ dept. Head.
Job Specification:
Qualification: BBA/MBA Supply Chain
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience
Location: Head Office, Karachi
