We’re on the lookout for a Transactional Analyst to affix NayaPay’s rising crew!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Monitor all key enterprise functions associated to Alternate Supply Channel companies.
• Perform each day transaction investigations and course of automation.
• Coordinate with the Dispute Decision crew for end-to-end drawback decision.
• Set up and preserve relationships with companions for well timed decision of operational complaints.
• Handle MIS of day-to-day points.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• Bachelors/Masters in Pc Sciences or associated discipline.
• Expertise in working with cost platforms, core banking methods, or different transaction processing methods.
• Information of ISO8583 and funds change (EMV/NFC/Tokenization), PCI-DSS, and PADSS are a plus.
• APIs (Relaxation/SOAP), SQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Flexibility of working night/evening shifts with the chance to work at home is a plus.
• Sound analytical expertise and skill to speak successfully with varied stakeholders.
