Components:

  • powdered garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1 & 1/2 cups thick Dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp. Hari Mirch (inexperienced chili paste)
  • 1/4 tsp Namak (salt) or to style
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder (turmeric powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Badi Elaichi (black cardamom)
  • 3-4 teaspoons sabut kali mirch (black peppercorns)

  • 1 teaspoon Adrak Lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1/4 tsp Namak (salt) or to style
  • 1/2 tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
  • 1/2 tablespoons Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder (Kashmiri pink chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Zeera powder (Cumin powder)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Badam powder (Almond powder)
  • 1/4 cup water (or as wanted)
  • 1 tablespoon Hara Dhania (recent coriander)
  • For smoke, use Koyla (charcoal).

Instructions:

Collect your components in a bowl and mix them: fried onion and yogurt; poppy seeds & salt; ginger garlic paste; pink chili & coriander powder; uncooked papaya paste; cumin & black pepper; nutmeg & mace; garam masala and salt.

Add the meat fillets and blend properly, then cowl and marinate for 2 hours, turning the cooked meat regularly.

Put aside a bowl of yogurt combined with inexperienced chili paste, salt, and turmeric powder.
