Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar wants to present the budget in the National Assembly on 9th June 2023. The total volume of the budget is 14600 Arab rupees while the deficit is 7800 Arab.
The salary hike proposal has been made subject to the Federal Cabinet’s decision. Pyar tax receipts are expected to increase by 24 percent to 9.2 billion.
Half of the amount of the budget will be reserved for interest payments. The government is planning to give some relief to the public.
