Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist department manager in daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating departmental activities.
  • Manage departmental budgets, ensuring expenses are within the approved limits.
  • Maintain departmental records, including financial records, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide support to department staff, such as handling phone calls, responding to emails, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage departmental correspondence, including drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and letters.
  • Coordinate and schedule departmental events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support departmental projects, including assisting with research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
