Fatima Group is hiring for Department Coordinator in Internal Audit department. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Assist department manager in daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating departmental activities.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring expenses are within the approved limits.
- Maintain departmental records, including financial records, reports, and other documents.
- Provide support to department staff, such as handling phone calls, responding to emails, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage departmental correspondence, including drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and letters.
- Coordinate and schedule departmental events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support departmental projects, including assisting with research, data collection, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager. Apply
