Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Act as the front face for the Supply Chain Department in answering queries from internal and external customers within defined time frame.
- Entreat to develop strategies and evolve departmental objectives in line with the organizations’ vision and mission i.e. OSA for modern trade.
- Ensure to develop departmental policies and procedures in line with operational procedures.
- Execute daily and monthly customer services activities within the defined protocol of the Supply Chain department.
- Entreat to ensure procurement order requirements are in line with SOPs and procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of sales and distributors queries.
- Pursue to generate Customer Case Fill On Time reports to evaluate orders recorded for customers.
- Conduct the Loss Tree Analysis (LTA) to analyze major road blocks for non-service to the customers.
- Seek to define the Order To Deliver Cycle mechanism and customer services departmental strategies.
