Job Title: Assistant Manager – HRAdvertisements

Location: Karachi

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring that all HR functions are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
